It’s about developing physical competency, agency, and a practice that fits you. Whether through strength training, manual therapy, or movement coaching, I guide you in refining strength, revealing clarity, and reviving play.

I believe that movement should be exploratory, not obligatory. That resilience comes from adaptability, not just effort. That rest is a skill, just like strength. And that staying able to play—physically, mentally, and creatively—is the key to longevity.

Consultation

A consultation is a structured conversation designed to meet you where you are. We begin by discussing your story — the questions, concerns, or injuries you’re working with — to clearly understand what’s brought you here.

Next comes assessment. I’ll observe how you move, explore relevant patterns, and pinpoint what’s limiting your progress or causing discomfort.

From there, we move directly into intervention. Whether it’s targeted movements, hands-on work, or self-directed practices, you’ll leave the session having already begun the work.

Finally, we’ll shape a clear plan. Whether it’s a simple set of practices to start with or an ongoing programme, the goal is to leave you with direction — one that feels both realistic and meaningful to you.
